We are investigating an issue preventing some users on Cluster A from logging into Webmail. Some customer's unable to send messages via webmail.
IMAP/POP/SMTP protocols should otherwise continue working as expected
We will provide an update once we have additional information.
UPDATE:All of the services have recovered without intervention. Our engineering team will continue to investigate the root cause and take necessary action to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
