2FA Email Notifications

We are aware of an issue affecting the delivery of 2FA notification emails to Outlook and Hotmail addresses sent via our CHI Customer Control Panel.

This is due to a change in delivery behaviour on Microsoft's consumer email platform, which is currently under active investigation.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Updates

  • 2026-01-29 13:15:03 Our engineering team is seeing an improvement (reduction) in deferrals since the start of the incident. Blocks have also reduced but are still at elevated levels.
    We will keep monitoring the behaviour.
