The engineering team will be performing a code deployment to address issues where Email Quotas are not updating to their accurate amount.
Client Impact: IMAP and POP users will experience service interruption for a short duration during the maintenance. Users will be able to send and receive emails during the maintenance period.

RESOLVED: The Tucows engineering team have resolved the issue. One of the IMAP nodes experienced high loads which caused the issue.
Full functionality has been restored to the mail service and we continue to monitor the situation.

We have been informed that the Tucows engineering team is investigating reports of intermittent issues with the mail service resulting in some login issues for customers.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this continues to cause our customers.

UPDATE @ Mon Aug 31 08:06:00 MDT 2020: The server became unresponsive and has been rebooted. It is currently undergoing a file system check and will be available shortly.
