As part of the upgrade we are announcing the following maintenance window: Maintenance Window: 10:00 AM MST (4:00 PM UTC) - 4:00 PM (10:00 PM UTC) For at least a two-hour period during this window, agents will be unavailable via phone as phone routing changes cut over to the new system with additional time allocated for testing/troubleshooting. For support needs, normal chat and ticket options will be available through the control panel.
