<p>UPDATE 3:10PM CST:: We are currently working to repair the file system on this server now, after which we will be migrating the accounts on this machine to a new server so it can be taken from production.  We do not have an exact ETA at this time, but we will continue to post updates here as more information becomes available.  &#8211;ChrisP</p>
<p>UPDATE 9:33PM CST:: We are working to restore esc81 from backups right now, as well as working to bring the original esc81 back online.  Both options are showing promise, we will continue to update this site as more information becomes available.</p>
<p>UPDATE 10:21PM CST:: esc81.midphase.com is now back online.  If you still notice any problems with your site please contact out support staff for assistance.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As mentioned in a previous post, we encountered a problem with ANS23.midphase.com earlier this morning. Upon further investigation, we concluded that this machine suffered an irreversable hardware failure. </p>
<p>We have already begun taking the necessary steps to migrate all accounts to a brand new machine. We unfortunately do not have an ETA on this, but accounts should start coming online within the next 24 hours.</p>
<p>We&#8217;re incredibly sorry about this. It&#8217;s very difficult to predict hardware failures of this magnitude, but we have wasted absolutely no time with restoring service as soon as possible.</p>
<p>We will update this post with any new information as it becomes available. </p>

<p><strong>UPDATE</strong>: Accounts should start coming online now. We&#8217;re restoring nearly 800GB of data, so the restore could take up to 16 hours to complete. Depending on where you account is located in the backup, will determine the order that your site comes back online.</p>
