Between 12AM and 5AM CST on Tuesday, Oct. 7th we will be bringing our helpdesk offline for maintenance. This is necessary to correct some performance issues we’ve been experiencing with it as of late. Our phone support and LiveChat will not be affected by this and will be happy to help you if any problems arise with your hosting. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this planned downtime, please feel free to contact us.
Update: 2:50AM: The help desk should now be back up and working correctly.
