ANS23.midphase.com / Update

As mentioned in a previous post, we encountered a problem with ANS23.midphase.com earlier this morning. Upon further investigation, we concluded that this machine suffered an irreversable hardware failure.
We have already begun taking the necessary steps to migrate all accounts to a brand new machine. We unfortunately do not have an ETA on this, but accounts should start coming online within the next 24 hours.
We’re incredibly sorry about this. It’s very difficult to predict hardware failures of this magnitude, but we have wasted absolutely no time with restoring service as soon as possible.
We will update this post with any new information as it becomes available.

UPDATE: Accounts should start coming online now. We’re restoring nearly 800GB of data, so the restore could take up to 16 hours to complete. Depending on where you account is located in the backup, will determine the order that your site comes back online.
