ANS23 - Another Update

While the backups are restoring, we’ve been able to bring all websites on ans23 online. At the moment, most accounts are in READ-ONLY mode, meaning that no changes can be made.
As the backup restoration proceeds, effected accounts will gain write capability. We expect the full restoration to be completed within the next 15 hours.
UPDATE: the mysql services are back to the writable mode, although /home directories content is still read-only until the restoration of the files is completed. Thank you for your patience.
