Hello,
As of 12:50am CST we have been experiencing some issues with this server. Our data center team is working on diagnosing all issues with it and once we have an update we will post it here.
Update: 6:24am CST: ANS10 is back online and fully functional. Please report any issues you might still be having to support@midphase.com
