VZ10.midphase.com is currently down with a hardware failure due to a degraded array. This outage affects all customers who have VPSs on node. Our datacenter technicians are currently working diligently to restore service to physical node. We do not have an ETA at this time but we will make sure to update you once we have more information regarding this outage.Update:: We are in the process of restoring accounts at the moment. Update: 4:30am CST: The restoration is about 40% complete.
Update: 7:00am CST: The process is 65% complete
Update: 10:00 AM CST: We are in the process of provisioning a new VPS node to migrate existing accounts not yet restored to. Please standby for updates.
Update 7:00 PM CST: Most affected VPS’s have been restored, we are still restoring the remaining ones. If your VPS is online but it’s experiencing any issues, please email us at vps@midphase.com
Update 10:00 AM CST: All VPSs are back online. We have restored the remaining VPSs to our existing hardware nodes. Your VPS may be experiencing some slowness due to this. Over the next couple of days we will be migrating all restored VPSs back over to the new VZ10 as we bring it back online which should improve your quality of service dramatically.
