ESC101 Hardware Failure

Our data center technicians are investigating ESC101’s hardware problems. which are apparently left over from last night’s outage.
We are not able to estimate how long it will take to bring the server back up, but we will put regular updates on the situation here.
::UPDATE 1:49pm CST:: We have determined that the faulty piece of hardware is the RAID controller, have replaced it and are in the process of verifying data integrity on the server.
::UPDATE 5:41pm CST:: The accounts have been restored to a new machine. As of this time Mail is functional again and we expect all other services to return to normal within the next hour. If there are any further issues, we will update this post. - CM
