Esc62, Esc69 Upgrading to PHP5

As an alert to customers on these servers, we will be upgrading the PHP version to PHP5 this Monday April 28th. For your main directory (public_html) we will be converting your .htaccess files to php.ini. This does not however, act for your addon domains. If you have .htaccess files for your addon domains, please convert them to a php.ini file.
