Spamalizer Issues

Earlier this week we hit a ‘bug’ with our Spamalizer machines. There are several of these machines clustered together and a bug in our vendors software broke the syncing that goes between them in addition to some corruption of the database that controls domain name->destination server mappings.
We’ve rebuilt and restored the configuration as best as we can. However due to the nature of the bug, our vendor has advised us not to restore this configuration from backups and to correct them as we find the issues.
If you are still having problems with bounces from your mail (error 550 cuda_nsu) errors, please send an email to support@midphase.com with a list of your domains that utilize our spamalizer solution and our technicians will correct and fix the issues for you.
