Issue with Incomming Emails

We are currently experiencing issues with regards to users with Spamalizer.
Incoming mail is bouncing back for certain users with this feature.
Bouncebacks for this issue will contain a 550 error.
We are working with the providers of this service to resolve this within a very rapid time.
