Spamalizer Issues
Saturday, March 29th, 2008Earlier this week we hit a ‘bug’ with our Spamalizer machines. There are several of these machines clustered together and a bug in our vendors software broke the syncing that goes between them in addition to some corruption of the database that controls domain name->destination server mappings.

ESC55.midphase.com - File System Check
Friday, March 28th, 2008ESC55 required a file system check (FSCK). We do this in order to maintain the integrity of the drives and to prevent future file corruption. We have no current ETA but we are trying to get it up as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thursday, March 27th, 2008vz20.midphase.com is currently rebooting due to a backup script error that drove the load on the machine to a critical level. We expect to have it back online shortly.

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008We are having some networking issues with esc77.midphase.com and esc74.midphase.com. We do not have an exact ETA but we are currently investigating the causes of these issues and will update you when we have more information.

Tuesday, March 25th, 2008Esc114.midphase.com is currently experiencing issues and is now down. Our datacenter techs are currently investigating the cause and are trying to resolve this. Unfortunately, We do not have an ETA at this time however we will update you as soon as we get more information.

Esc41 and Esc40 Upgrades
Monday, March 24th, 2008We are now upgrading servers Esc40 and Esc41 to PHP5 with Suexec.
Tomorrow, March 25th, we will be updating esc41.midphase.com to PHP5 and we will also be enabling php suexec.
vz28.midphase.com–Connectivity Issues
Saturday, March 22nd, 2008We are currently experiencing some intermittent connectivity issues with the VZ node vz28.midphase.com. We are working to resolve these issues now, however no exact ETA is available at this time.
