Server Upgrades to PHP5 / PHPSuExec

By Marc Bollinger | February 27, 2008

All:

We’re currently working on upgrading the rest of our shared boxes to PHP5 and PHPSuExec to offer you the latest in security enhancements and PHP functionality.

We’ve been receiving some reports that some of you are seeing Error 500 when trying to access your site. This is likely due to a custom php.ini that you had setup on your account. We have a knowledgebase article setup to help explain this: http://faq.midphase.com/support/questions.php?questionid=527

If you can’t figure it out, let us help! Submit a ticket to support and we’ll get this problem fixed quickly. :)

I’m working on obtaining a more rigid schedule of when servers will be upgraded. As soon as I have gathered this information, I will post it here and on our forum (midPhase TALK).

As always, thanks for your understanding.
