Sorry everyone for the trouble today. An update was applied to our phone system last night which is causing some issues with queue routing. We’re working to get this corrected as quickly as possible.

Edit: 1:47 AM CST :: Phones are back and functional as of ~11:00 PM. We’ve been monitoring the system for a bit to make sure everything was stable. Once again, thank you for your patience. -CM
