This server became overloaded, and required a hard reboot. It is now online.
This server became overloaded, a second time. We are still troubleshooting this issue, and attempting to find the site that is overloading this server. It is now online.

Network Issues: Border Routers

TPM10 Service outage

At approx 2:05am TPM10 became unresponsive and required a restart. Technicians are working to make sure the server comes back on line as fast as possible.

ESC86 - OOM(Out of memory)

ESC86’s networking has been temporarily disabled due to Apache causing the server to run out of memory. Once the kernel has freed up more available memory, the server will be plugged back in to the network and usable again.

ESC13 - Memory Usage/FSCK

Currently ESC13 is undergoing an FSCK due to a prior reboot. We’ve tracked the source of this issue to an overconsumption of memory on that server. As soon as the machine returns to normal service, we will be monitoring this to find the abusive account and remove it ASAP.

esc55.midphase.com - Overloading and File System Check

PHP issues on ANS09

3:35am CST ANS09 is having problems with php after an update. Technicians are working to correct the matter now.

ANS06, ANS17 and ESC74 - Last Remaining Servers

Dear Customers,
The above mentioned servers, ANS 06, ANS 17 and ESC 74 are currently down. ANS 06 and ANS 17 are undergoing file system checks. ANS 17 is experiencing networking issues.
We expect full service restoration on these servers shortly.
