vz2.midphase.com will be coming offline for approx. 15 minutes at Nov 29th, 1AM CST. The downtime is required to load a new kernel that offers more features and certain bug fixes.
UPDATE 9:05PM CST::We have detected a few file system inconsistencies on vz2, so a file system check will be performed after the reboot to repair those errors. This will extend the downtime for vz2, but how much is uncertain at this point. We will update you as the box comes online.
Please contact our support staff at vps@midphase.com if you have any questions or concerns.
UPDATE 12:42AM CST:: The VPS are offline and the file system check is at 50% completion. Once the FSCK completes the node will be brought back online.
UPDATE 1:54PM CST:: vz2.midphase.com is now back online and starting VPS’, please contact vps@midphase.com if your VPS is not back online in the next 15 minutes.
