esc18 - fsck

Hello,
After I rebooted this server to ensure the IP’s were configured correctly it required a fsck (loop-mounted /tmp would not dismount). The server is fscking now. Hopefully it will not take that long.

These servers became unresponsive and required rebooting. They are both booted up and running normally.

VZ24 is now coming back online.

Vz24’s raid card suffered a failure. We are putting in a replacement. It should be online within an hour.
vz24 currently is filesystem checking. ETA 6 hours.
Update: The VPSs on VZ24 are now starting up again ETA Approx:1hour

ESC 37 Service outage

ESC37 File system became corrupted and is currently running repairs on filesystem

At 10:40AM vz10.midphase.com became unresponsive and a reboot was required. The machine is currently performing a file system check and should be back online shortly.
UPDATE:: 10:55AM CST: vz10 is coming back online now, and is starting VE’s sequentially.
